The Good News: we've almost completed our RoHS conversion and will be shipping to Europe again by the end of this month! (Yeah!) The Bad News: because of the time/resource demands required to facilitate the RoHS conversion, our response time to customer inquiries has increasingly slowed (or, in a few cases, disappeared altogether) since November. We're sorry for the temporarily lousy service! We're trying to correct this as soon as possible and hope that you can stick with us through this impossibly busy time! For those who can't, we wish you the best and hope that you'll give us a try in the future. For our stalwart and loyal customers, once again, THANK YOU for your continued support!

Until further notice, we will not be able to ship orders to any of the European Union countries due to the RoHS restrictions legislated by the EU and officially activated July 1, 2006.
